Das Aussteller Basispaket wird immer verrechnet, 5m² ist die kleinste verfügbare Standgröße.
Jeder weitere m² kostet € 38,00/m²

The basic exhibitor package is always charged, 5m² is the smallest available stand size.

STAND-EQUIPMENT (Stühle, Tische, ….)
Die hauseigene Vermietung von Standequipment „WEDESIGN“ der Messe Wels, stellt euch gegen Gebühr verschiedene Stühle, Tische bis hin zu Komplettständen zur Verfügung.
Die Bestellungen bitte spätestens 14-Tage vor der Veranstaltung direkt an die Firma „WEDESIGN“ senden: m.pfob@wedesign.at

Natürlich könnt ihr euer Standinventar auch selbst mitbringen.
AUFBAU & ABLAUF
Anlieferung: 13. + 14.02., 08:00 - 18:00 Uhr
Aufbau: 14.02. von 08:30-19:00 Uhr
Messezeiten: 15.02, ca. 09:30* bis 18:00 Uhr, 16.02. 08:30-16:00 Uhr
Abbau: 16.02. ab 16:00 Uhr
* Einlass ist um 08:30, die Eröffnungsansprache mit Ehrengast findet um 09:00 Uhr statt, die Messe wird nach der Eröffnung aufgesperrt.
Am Freitag und Sonntag steht euch wieder ein Stapler mit Fahrer gratis zur Verfügung.
2025 wird es eigene Bändchen für Aussteller geben, diese ermöglichen euch den Zutritt zur Messehalle auf der Hinterseite schon vor Öffnung der Messe.
Die Bändchen müssen am Freitag im Foyer bei der Ausstelleranmeldung abgeholt werden.
LIEFERUNG DURCH SPEDITIONEN
Anlieferung von Messematerial bitte ausschließlich am 13. und 14.02.2025 durchführen.
Abholung von Messematerial durch die Spedition bitte ausschließlich am 17.02.2025 von 08:00 bis 12:00 veranlassen, da die Messehalle danach schließt, werden übrig gebliebene Pakete ins Freie gestellt.

Pakete bitte bei Lieferung und Abholung gut leserlich mit Ihrem Firmennamen und Standnummer beschriften. Für Verpackung und Adressierung muss selbst Sorge getragen werden. Der Veranstalter und das Veranstaltungszentrum übernehmen keine Haftung für etwaige Schäden oder Abhandenkommen Ihrer Ware.

WAHL ZUM SCHÖNSTEN AUSSTELLUNGSSTAND & GLÜCKSHAFEN
Wie auch dieses Jahr möchten wir 2025 wieder den schönsten, innovativsten und interessantesten Ausstellungsstand küren, der Gewinner bekommt im drauffolgenden Jahr den Stand kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
Anders wie 2024 wird es keine Verlosung geben, da bei der Ziehung am Sonntag kaum jemand anwesend war, sondern einen Glückshafen.
Wir würden uns über kleinere oder größere Sachspenden oder Werbeartikel sehr freuen.

Die Preise können am 14.02.2025 am ÖEIB-Stand abgegeben werden.
Important Info:
BOOTH EQUIPMENT (Chairs, Tables, …)
The in-house equipment rental service “WEDESIGN” at Messe Wels offers various chairs, tables, and even complete booths for a fee.
Please send your orders directly to “WEDESIGN” at m.pfob@wedesign.at at least 14 days before the event.

Of course, you can also bring your own booth inventory.
SETUP & SCHEDULE
Delivery: February 13th & 14th, 08:00 - 18:00
Setup: February 14th, from 08:30 - 19:00
Exhibition Hours: February 15th, approx. 09:30* until 18:00, February 16th, 08:30 - 16:00
Dismantling: February 16th, from 16:00
*Entrance opens at 08:30, the opening speech with the guest of honor will take place at 09:00, and the exhibition will open after the speech.
A forklift with a driver will be available free of charge on Friday and Sunday.
In 2025, exhibitors will receive special wristbands, granting access to the exhibition hall from the back side before the opening of the exhibition.
The wristbands must be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration Desk in the foyer on Friday.
DELIVERY OF PARCELS TO THE VENUE
Delivery of exhibition material please only on 13. and 14.02.2025.
Please pick up exhibition material on 17.02.2025 from 08:30 to 12:00, the exhibition hall closes by then, the parcels will be put outside of the hall.

Please deliver and pick up the parcels, labelled with your company name and stand number. Please take care for packaging and addressing. The organizer and the event center cannot be prosecuted for any damage

VOTE FOR THE MOST BEAUTIFUL EXHIBITION BOOTH & PRIZE DRAW
As in previous years, we will again be awarding the most beautiful, innovative, and interesting exhibition booth in 2025. The winner will be provided with a free booth the following year.
Unlike in 2024, there will be no raffle this time, as hardly anyone was present during the Sunday drawing. Instead, we will have a lucky bag tombola.
We would be very grateful for any smaller or larger donations of prizes or promotional items.

Prizes can be delivered to the ÖEIB booth on February 14, 2025.
